FREE training days 2017 – Disabled access to the countryside

The first training and networking session is on the 11th October and is specifically looking at disabled access to the countryside, hosted by Experience Community CIC and funded by Woodland Trust & Nationwide’s Community Woodland Project. The day will involve an indoor session at  the Thomas Bourne room at the Standedge Tunnel & Visitor Centre, Huddersfield,  focussing on the Wheels in the Wood Community Project. During the afternoon, there will be an opportunity to visit the Wheels in the Wood project site at Tunnel End Wood, Marsden which is a short walk away.

The session starts at 11am and finish at 3pm, and light lunch will be provided, please note that although these are free events, booking is essential, please see our events page of  the website with full booking details.
